One of the most common mistake made by fitness professionals and brands is making their page revolve around them.

These could be sales articles, promotions or product links. Constant use of professional type images might add some colour, but posted regularly could become quite dull.

We’re not saying that this type of content is a no go, it’s actually fine good to post this type of content – especially if some are messages about your online store! Diversify your content and focus on your audience with posts that help build relationships and foster interactions. For example, provide useful tips and links to resources, mention customers positively, ask questions and seek opinions.

Promoting stuff on social media is expected. Followers know it’s a part of what you need to do as a business, just be sure to cultivate connections with your customers at least half the time (preferably more) and allow them to see your ‘Social’.
