We pride ourselves on high levels of service and customer satisfaction, but occasionally orders may arrive and not be to your customers exact expectations. Your customer can return their order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or product exchange¹. It normally takes between 2-3 weeks to process a refund. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your customers return². If your customer has received a damaged item, we’ll send them a replacement of the same item. If they’d like to exchange an item for something else, they can exchange it for a product of equal value.
Each website has a unique ‘Order Support‘ link where customers will use an online form to detail their order issues. You will be sent copies of order issues relating to sales made through your store. These notifications require you no action.
